  • 1) Highlight the driver you have a question about on the main screen. On the right hand side of the screen, you'll see a box with the driver details

  • 2) Under the "Fix It!" button is a set of options including "Solution Articles" and "Ask a question". Select "Ask a Question"

  • 3) After clicking "Ask a Question", you'll be presented with window offering related support articles and additional software if available. If this screen answers your question, click "Yes"; if not, click "No, I wish to contact support"

  • 4) You will then be presented with a support form to fill with your name and email associated with your account. After filling out the box below with your question, click send. A member of our support staff with contact you with a resolution shortly
